Probiz.uk is a £1 A Week (£52 Yearly) Pro Business Website service based in Stoke-on-Trent, serving all UK. Contact: info@probiz.uk

2. What data we collect

• Contact info you give us (name, email, phone, business name)
• Website content you provide (text, images, logo)
• Technical logs: IP, browser, Cloudflare analytics (anonymized)
• Email routing data via Cloudflare Email Routing to Gmail (we do not store emails on our server)

3. How we use it

To create, host and manage your £52 yearly website, provide domain, SSL, email forwarding, support, and to reply to enquiries. We never sell your data.

4. Legal basis (UK GDPR)

Contract – to deliver your website. Legitimate interest – to improve service and prevent spam. Consent – for cookies if accepted.

5. Sharing

Only with trusted providers: Cloudflare (hosting, email routing, analytics), domain registrar, Google (if you use Gmail). No selling.

6. Retention

We keep client data while site is active + 12 months after expiry for renewal reminders, then deleted.

7. Your rights

1. Service

Probiz.uk provides budget pro business websites for £52 yearly (£1 a week equivalent). Includes: domain (.uk), Cloudflare hosting, SSL, 1-page to 5-page design, mobile ready, email forwarding (catch-all to your Gmail), basic SEO. No monthly fees.

2. Payment

£52 per year upfront. Domain renewed yearly. Hosting included. No hidden monthly fees. Renewal reminder sent 14 days before expiry.

3. What’s not included

We do not provide unlimited custom development, e-commerce, booking systems unless agreed. Extra pages/features charged separately.

4. Client responsibilities

You provide correct business info, logo, images. You own rights to content you supply. No illegal content.

5. Uptime

Hosted on Cloudflare Pages – 99.9% uptime target, but not guaranteed. We are not liable for Cloudflare outages.

6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime – site removed at end of paid year. No refund for remaining period unless covered by Refund Policy.

We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads cookies, or third-party ad trackers.

Manage

You can Accept or Decline. If you Decline, we still store your Decline choice and only load necessary functions. You can clear browser cookies anytime.

14-day cooling off

If you paid £52 and we have not yet registered domain or started design, full refund within 14 days.

After domain registered

Domain cost (£6-£12) is non-refundable as it is registered to you. If design work started, £30 design fee non-refundable. Remaining hosting portion refunded pro-rata.

Renewals

Renewal is optional. If you don’t want to renew, let it expire – no charge. No auto-billing.

How to request

Email info@probiz.uk with your domain and payment date. Refunds within 5 working days to original method.

• We act as Data Processor for your site content, you are Data Controller for your customer data

• Right to erasure – ask us to delete your site & data anytime via info@probiz.uk
• No international transfer outside UK/EEA except Cloudflare (US with Standard Contractual Clauses & privacy shield)
• Security – Cloudflare SSL, HTTPS, firewall
• Breach – we will notify within 72 hours if personal data breach occurs
